sustainable development and social issues.<\/p><p>The <strong>SA 8000 Ethical Certification<\/strong> is an effective <strong>tool<\/strong> that allows for the <strong>correct management<\/strong> and <strong>constant monitoring<\/strong> of all company <strong>activities<\/strong> and <strong>processes<\/strong> which affect the <strong>conditions of workers<\/strong> (human rights, development, enhancement, training and professional growth of people, health and safety of workers, non-discrimination, labour of minors and young people) and its requirements also extend to <strong>suppliers<\/strong> and sub-suppliers.<\/p><p><strong>Prisma Ricerche<\/strong> has always cared deeply for maintaining a socially responsible management style, with great importance for the
